Delete account and data
You can request deletion of your VoxFin account and associated data in the app or through the external channel below. We will verify the request to protect your account.

Delete in the app
Sign in to VoxFin and open Settings → Account and Security → Delete account. Confirm the request as instructed. Your account and associated records will be deleted, except for legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Request deletion outside the app
Email cadunatal@gmail.com with the subject “Delete VoxFin account”. Use the email address registered to your VoxFin account so we can locate it. Do not send your password. We will reply to verify your identity and process the request.
Information that must be retained by law or to complete payments may be kept with restricted access for the required period.
Data covered
The request covers the authentication profile and associated financial data, including transactions, accounts and cards, installments, preferences, categories, limits, recurring items, and goals. Payment processors may retain records required by law.
