1. Provider and contact

VoxFin is operated by Carlos Eduardo Leandro. Questions about these Terms can be sent to cadunatal@gmail.com.

2. Account and security

Registration requires an email address and password or Google authentication. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. The service is intended for people who are legally able to enter into a contract in their jurisdiction.

3. What VoxFin does

VoxFin helps you record and organize income, expenses, accounts and cards, installments, recurring items, categories, spending limits, savings goals, reports, and reminders. The app does not access or automatically sync bank accounts.

Voice commands and AI features help transcribe and organize entries. Review amounts, dates, categories, accounts, and installments before saving. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and your financial decisions. VoxFin does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

4. Acceptable use

Use VoxFin only for lawful purposes and to manage information you are authorized to enter. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious code, or violate others’ rights. Do not enter bank passwords, full card numbers, or security codes in descriptions, recordings, or receipts.

5. Access and license

New accounts may receive a 30-day trial. After it ends, write access may require a valid license; data may remain available for viewing as the service allows. The paid license provides 3 months (R$ 39.90) or 12 months (R$ 119.90), according to the chosen plan, for a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. Mercado Pago processes purchases under its terms and applicable consumer laws.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, provider failures, or events outside our control may cause interruptions. Features, prices, and these Terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.

7. Termination and liability

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or when needed to protect the service, users, or comply with law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VoxFin is an organizational tool and does not guarantee financial results or error-free transcription or calculations. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Governing law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the user and provider, subject to mandatory consumer protection and privacy rules in the competent jurisdiction.
